These terms apply to website services provided by Siteora. By requesting a website or related service, you agree to them.
Services
Siteora designs, builds, customizes and launches websites based on information and materials you provide. The Starter Website is a professional up to 3 page site as described on the pricing page. Other work is scoped and quoted before it begins.
Pricing and revisions
The Starter Website (up to 3 pages) is for just $50. The Business package is $150. Starter includes 1 pre-launch revision round. Business includes 2. Additional rounds are $10 for Starter and $20 for Business, confirmed before the work begins.
Revisions Included
Each website package includes 1 to 2 rounds of revisions before launch. A revision round consists of one consolidated list of reasonable changes to the website's existing design and content, within the original agreed scope.
Revisions may include text corrections, image replacements, colour adjustments, and minor layout refinements.
Any corrections needed because SiteOra did not implement an agreed requirement correctly will be made at no additional charge and will not count as a revision round.
Additional revision rounds are charged at:
- Starter: $10 per additional round.
- Business: $20 per additional round.
The price and scope of additional revisions will be confirmed before work begins.
New pages, new functionality, major redesigns, and requests outside the original agreed scope are not standard revisions and will be quoted separately.
Website Changes After Launch
Your website creation package covers the agreed project scope and included pre-launch revisions. Ongoing content updates and changes after launch are not included unless expressly stated in your package.
If you do not subscribe to SiteOra Care, you can still request individual updates or changes whenever needed. SiteOra will assess your request and confirm the price and delivery timeframe before starting work.
Small content updates may be available from $5 per request, subject to the nature and complexity of the change. Larger changes, additional pages, new functionality, and redesigns require a separate quotation.
No additional work will begin without your approval of the applicable fee.
Hosting & Renewal
Business and Custom include 12 months of hosting and maintenance from the date your website goes live, along with a free SiteOra subdomain. Hosting and maintenance are not included with the Starter package.
After the included period, you can renew with an annual plan: Essential $49/year, Business $79/year, or Premium $149/year. Hosting management alone is $20/year or $30/year. Maintenance alone is $60/year or $120/year. Renewal is optional and is not included in the original website creation fee.
If you choose not to renew, your website may be suspended and taken offline after your hosting period ends. You will be notified before expiry and given the opportunity to renew or explore available migration options.
Please save your website content and request any available export or migration assistance before your hosting expires. Website transfers depend on technical feasibility and may incur additional fees.
A custom domain is optional and purchased separately.
SiteOra Care — Optional Maintenance
SiteOra Care provides ongoing basic website maintenance and support for customers who want assistance after launch. It starts at $3/month.
The service may include one small text or image update per month, basic functionality checks, and routine troubleshooting, subject to the selected plan and technical capabilities.
New pages, new features, major design changes, and extensive content updates are excluded and may be quoted separately.
SiteOra Care is separate from hosting renewal. It does not extend your included hosting period.
Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use the text, images and other materials you send us. You remain responsible for the accuracy of business information published on your website.
